WINDOW TREATMENTS
Surface manipulation explorations. I have a fascination towards distortion of perception. In this particular project I wanted to deviate the viewer’s eye away from the constricting geometry of concrete buildings visible from the window. I want to give the user the freedom to create his own version of perception by being able to controlling visibility.
TREATMENT 1
In this piece the viewer has an option to select any no. of layers from the following lasercut patterns and create a personalized screen.

TREATMENT 2
This idea allows the user to control the distortion and create their patterns whenever required. The strings allow the user to play with the pleats and form a myriad of flowing forms that distract from the concrete geometry.
